- Stopwatch or digital timer.
- Phase 3 sound card: j
- Handbells or shakers for each child.
- 'j' letter formation rhyme sheets, these can be cut into 3 strips but you need 1 strip of each per child.
- Phase 3 letter formation card: j.
- Phase 3 set 6 phonics extension activity sheet for today's GPC.
- Four hoops.
- Phase 3 buried treasure word cards using 'j' and phase 2 sounds: jam, jab, jug, jog, jet, jep, jub, jacket, jull, joff. One set per team.
- Bin and chest image
