Week Twenty Two

In this twenty second week of Phase 1, lessons will cover:

Aspect 3: Body Sounds.

Aspect 6: Voice Sounds.

Children will use a mirror to practise different voice sounds and play a game of adding sounds with parts of their body. During enhanced provision they will play a game of Voice Sounds Bingo.

This phase 1 phonics planning is aligned with the order of teaching in the Letters and Sounds framework, and is packed full of easy to prepare teaching input and phase 1 phonics resources to help children make progress in phonics.
