Each week you will find five interactive and multi-sensory lesson plans   with a hands-on multi-sensory approach, specifically designed to target every aspect of phonics and covering all the major grapheme-phoneme correspondences. From quick and easy group games to reading and writing sentences that include alternative graphemes in phase 5, we have worked hard to ensure that children will have fun, stay engaged and make rapid progress, with the added option of regular outdoor sessions.

We recommend that the following timings are used when teaching the lessons, though this will of course vary from lesson to lesson and from phase to phase:

• Revisit and review: 5 minutes
• Teach: 5 minutes
• Practice: 10 minutes
• Apply: 10 minutes
