- Phase 2 and 3 sound cards + phase 5 sound cards: ay, ou, ie, ea, and oy (enough for each pair).
- Phase 5 sound cards:
ay, ou, ie, ea, oy, ir. - Phase 5 digraph rhyme card: 'a shirt and a skirt'.
- Chalk for the adult.
- Four plastic hoops.
- Buried Treasure dustbin and treasure chest pictures + write the following words on card (create two sets):
third, thirteen, skirt, twirl, gird, shirp, chirts, mir, plird - Chalk for each child (or clipboards, pencils and paper if you prefer).
- Chosen method of recording - paper, books etc. + pencils.
- Phase 5 phonics extension sheet for today's GPC.
