Week Eleven

In this eleventh week of Phase 1, lessons will cover:

Aspect 5: Alliteration.

Children will play a same sound treasure hunt and an alliterative sound hunt to help introduce the concept of alliteration (word starting with the same sound).

This phase 1 phonics planning is aligned with the order of teaching in the Letters and Sounds framework, and is packed full of easy to prepare teaching input and phase 1 phonics resources to help children make progress in phonics.
