Week Six

In this sixth week of Phase 1, lessons will cover:  

Aspect 2: Instrumental Sounds.

Children will make some DIY shakers to take part in a mini-band performance. They will also practise mark making in the sand using our pre-writing shape cards.

This phase 1 phonics planning is aligned with the order of teaching in the Letters and Sounds framework, and is packed full of easy to prepare teaching input and phase 1 phonics resources to help children make progress in phonics.
